✅ Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned if they arrive:

- Or if the wrong item was delivered

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. We’re unable to process returns or refunds for requests made after this period.

📚 Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Books with personal annotations, highlights, or signs of wear may not qualify for a full refund.
💸 Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- First return? ✅ Free return label included
- Package is lost in transit
- Item is damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect or missing item
- No delivery within 40 days of purchase
- You’re simply not satisfied (first return only – must be within 15 days)
🔄 Refund Procedure
- After the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming its arrival.
- You’ll then be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
🔔 Please note: Flat-rate shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve shipped.
- Please allow 7–8 business days for delivery during peak or holiday seasons.
