Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or if the wrong item was delivered

To start a return, please contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your order.

⏱️ Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. We’re unable to process returns or refunds for requests made after this period.

  • Any relevant photos or screenshots

Our support team will guide you through the return and refund process step by step.

📚 Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Books with personal annotations, highlights, or signs of wear may not qualify for a full refund.

💸 Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • First return? ✅ Free return label included
  • Package is lost in transit
  • Item is damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect or missing item
  • No delivery within 40 days of purchase
  • You’re simply not satisfied (first return only – must be within 15 days)

🔄 Refund Procedure

  • After the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming its arrival.
  • You’ll then be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

🔔 Please note: Flat-rate shipping charges are non-refundable.


Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve shipped.
  • Please allow 7–8 business days for delivery during peak or holiday seasons.
  • Personalized items, if offered, are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse are not refundable.
